Our Mission

Graduate Texts in Minecraft (GTMC) is an open knowledge base for the technical side of Minecraft. We publish tutorials, mechanics explanations, and annotated source-code readings, all written and reviewed by the community.

We follow the example of an academic monograph series: rigorous, structured writing that covers the whole stack of technical play, from production farms and redstone engineering to the tick-by-tick details of the engine.

Contributors

Articles are written by community members who actually build and break things in technical Minecraft. Each contributor specializes in specific subsystems, from redstone timing to chunk loading internals.

GTMC grows through community contributions. Draft and submit articles on the site, or help build the codebase.
